The AM Agency goes to Summer Camp!
Victoria Edgington, President of The AM Agency, had an amazing opportunity to go to Summer Camp! Girlstart.org is an amazing organization empowering girls in Science, technology, engineering and math. Victoria was asked to speak at one of the summer camps which Girlstart organizes to continue a fun filled STEM education for 4th and 5th grade girls. Below are some of the pictures from this event.
The AM Agency, LLC (TAMA) opens a new office in New Orleans!
TAMA recently opened a new support office down in New Orleans. With our newly acquired contract from the USDA, TAMA decided to expand to the Cajun State. We would like to welcome our support group out there to the TAMA team.
The AM Agency, LLC (TAMA) and WTE win USDA End User Support Services contract
October 1st, 2017 marked the first day of the USDA EUSS contract for the TAMA and WTE Team in support of the multi-state desktop support contract. We are super excited to provide all facets of service desk support for all USDA Large Offices including Washington, DC, New Orleans, Kansas City, Ft. Collins, Beltsville, MD and St. Louis. In January we anticipate bringing on Ft. Worth as a new support location. This contract includes providing White Glove support to the Office of the Secretary at the USDA Headquarters and all USDA under secretaries. Additional duties include IT Walk In Centers, MAC OS white glove services, Training and Tier Zero development through How To videos.
The AM Agency, LLC (TAMA) supports FEMA during the Hurricane Season
And what a season it was! With four named storms and counting, FEMA came through for Texas! TAMA is happy to support FEMA and the State of Texas at the San Antonio Donation Distribution Center.
The AM Agency, LLC (TAMA) Receives HUBZone Certification
TAMA, recently became a certified participant in the SBA’s Historically Underutilized Business Zone Program (HUBZone) in Houston as well as already being a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). Each year the Federal Government has an annual goal of awarding 3% of all federal prime contracts to HUBZone-certified small business concerns. As a proud member of the Houston small business community for more than 4 years, TAMA is excited to participate in the program.
TAMA has provided technical services to several different Federal Agencies including USDA, Forest Service, Department of Treasury, NASA and the Government Printing Office. TAMA’s expertise and experience has been in providing IT services in a large enterprise environment, Logistics and Inventory Management. They have concentrated their efforts in developing a corporate quality program which focuses on constantly improving service delivery.

Presidential Transition
The AM Agency staff had the exciting opportunity to contribute to the peaceful transition of power during the recent Presidential transition. After weeks of planning meetings, our staff supported the technology needs of the new Presidential Appointees for the US Department of Agriculture and the exit of the former appointees. As one can imagine, first impressions are everything and we wanted these VIP’s first experience with their IT department to be a good one. We congratulate our USDA TAMA staff on a job well done!
Manifest Project Re-Engineering (MPR) for NASA, Johnson Space Center International Space Station (ISS)
The AM Agency was lucky to be part of Barrios Technology’s ongoing ISS MPR project since October of 2016. TAMA’s talented Senior Developers played an important role in modernizing the technology used in support of the International Space Station.
